<p><p><b>Role Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>Were seeking an experienced AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Engineer with a strong background in both backend and frontend :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain the organizations AEM connector.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solve unique and challenging technical problems to support our users.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Work in a highly collaborative environment with cross-functional teams on projects ranging from a few weeks to a couple of years in length.<br/><br/></p><p>- Clearly and concisely communicate highly technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders and non-technical team members.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain a high standard of quality throughout the product delivery process.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support the existing user base and help them transition to newer versions of the AEM platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest AEM technologies.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Skills:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in developing, enhancing, and operating AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in headless implementation using AEM.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in AEM building blocks like Java, Templates, Core Components, Hybrid capabilities, Sling Resource Merger, Sling Dynamic Include.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in AEM-based unit testing using Mockito, JUnit 5, JCR, Sling Mocks, and OSGi Mocks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in workflows and workflow APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Adobe performance tuning and optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of replication strategies, dispatcher configuration, system admin features, user permissions, ACLs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of data formats (e.g. JSON, XML) and effective use of query languages.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with frontend libraries and frameworks such as Angular.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in software architecture, fluency with software design patterns, understanding of TDD, experience with DDD.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of secure software development, experience working on solutions with high security standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience delivering quality software using unit testing, pull requests, and code reviews; proficient with Git.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to analyse business requirements, working closely with business analysts to drive out detailed requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to produce maintainable, scalable, developer-tested solutions and contribute to development standards and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for complex systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of DevOps and experience with DevOps tooling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Patient, flexible attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work well within a team or independently.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal hands-on management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good verbal and written English communication skills.<br/><br/><b>Education :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
