<p><p><b>About the Role : <br/></b><br/></p><p><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, high-performing digital solutions on the Adobe Experience Cloud platform.<br/><br/>You will work closely with business stakeholders, UX teams, developers, and DevOps engineers to define end-to-end solutions that deliver personalized, content-rich digital experiences.<br/><br/>As the lead AEM expert, you will define architectural standards, ensure best practices, and mentor teams through complex enterprise-level AEM implementations.<br/><br/>This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for a seasoned digital architect with deep Adobe experience.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Define and own the overall architecture for AEM-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Lead the technical design and solution architecture for new AEM implementations, migrations, and large-scale enhancements.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Translate business requirements into a technical roadmap and solution design using Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Forms) and related Adobe Experience Cloud products.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders including marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver content-rich, omni-channel digital experiences.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Provide technical leadership to development teams, including reviewing code, setting development standards, and guiding solution development.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Architect and oversee integrations between AEM and third-party systems such as CRMs, eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, and other Adobe Cloud services.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Guide the migration strategy from legacy CMS platforms to AEM.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and DevOps best practices for AEM environments.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Ensure compliance with security, performance, accessibility, and SEO standards.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Provide mentorship and support to other developers and architects on Adobe and related technologies.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Stay current with Adobe roadmap, features, and emerging best practices.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Strong experience with AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Deep expertise in AEM Sites, Templates, Components (HTL/Sightly), Workflows, Assets, OSGi Services, Sling Models, and JCR.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Proficiency with Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, and JSP/HTL technologies.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Strong experience integrating AEM with Adobe Target, Analytics, Campaign, and Launch is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React or Angular) and modern UI frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AEM cloud-native architecture.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Adobe Cloud Manager.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Strong grasp of enterprise architecture patterns, API-based integration (REST/GraphQL), and microservices.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Adobe certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert AEM Sites Architect or Adobe Certified Master AEM Developer are a strong plus<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
