What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Possess exceptional problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

• Have expertise in programming languages, including Python and implementing statistical algorithms 

• Possess good understanding of general business concepts and terminologies related to the CPG industry, US Market and the overall landscape 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.

• Apply advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.

• Develop predictive models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to optimize business processes and enhance decision-making.

• Utilize a variety of data sources, both internal and external, to gather relevant information and extract valuable insights.

• Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, tailored to their level of understanding.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth oriented environment.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data science and incorporate them into projects when applicable..

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science or advanced analytics.

• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow), big data platforms (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop) and SQL; knowledge of R is a plus.

• Expertise in applying advanced supervised and unsupervised modeling techniques such as Boosting, Bagging, clustering; NLP, Deep Learning, and Time Series Forecasting.

• Should be able to use MLOps tools (MLflow, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI) for model tracking, deployment, and monitoring.

• Experience with data wrangling, ETL processes, and working with structured & unstructured datasets.

• Proficient in creating compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly to communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in solving complex business problems through data-driven approaches.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
