This is a full-time, direct-hire, permanent position.<br/><br/></p><p>- Artic Consulting is growing operations in Ahmedabad, India and this position will be crucial in establishing India operations.
The candidate will require to work in a start-up environment and must have roll up your sleeves attitude in its inception days.<br/><br/></p><p>- The Sr. Application Developer role provides an opportunity to work on an enterprise-level engine across various teams to make an immediate impact within a cutting-edge technology organization.<br/><br/><b>Description And Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Take on priorities and provide commitments to the scheduled delivery of software and solutions for Artic clients.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in detailed design sessions to create solutions including external integration and </p><p>contractual details with external partners.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communicate innovative ideas to contribute to success for stakeholders or the organization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Research effectively and perform technical spikes when a task is outside experience.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Good organizational skills and ability to take notes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take advantage of opportunities to learn new skills through hands-on experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Seek ways to increase the level of responsibility.<br/><br/></p><p>- Awareness and communication of potential conflicts and risks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to identify probable causes of an issue and make suggestions for resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Raise issues appropriately to management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Assist in creation and development of proposals and statements of work in collaboration with </p><p>Business Development, PM, and other departments.<br/><br/><p><b>Required Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 8+ years of software development experience building a product or service.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience of working with US based clients.<br/><br/></p><p>- Fluency in C# and .NET development patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with developing and deploying APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure or AWS (Amazon Web Services) platforms (at least 2 </p><p>years of experience).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Azure DevOps and deployment pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in the Microsoft Tech Stack including M365.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid experience with build systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Comfortable with front-end development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise with SQL queries.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong debugging skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Technical excellence and commitment to quality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to self-start and work independently.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience of mentoring and guiding Jr. team members.<br/><br/><p><b>Professional Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Prior consulting experience strongly preferred.</p><br/></p><p>- Excellent thought leadership and management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong sense of ownership, teaming attitude, and ability work across a distributed organization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Relentless proactive planning to eliminate issues and downtime.<br/><br/></p><p>- Constant innovation to make Artic better and faster.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to get ahead of the curve with new technologies and learn quickly.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to travel as necessary.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
