Role Description
We are seeking a
Senior Architect / Manager
with strong expertise in
database design, system architecture, and enterprise-grade software development .
The ideal candidate will lead technical strategy, ensure architectural integrity, and drive large-scale solution design across multiple business domains.
This role requires a balance of
hands-on technical leadership
and
strategic planning , with the ability to mentor teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver robust, scalable systems aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
Architect and Design Systems:
Define end-to-end system architecture and ensure scalability, security, and performance across applications.
Database Leadership:
Design and optimize complex
MS SQL Server
databases; oversee data modeling, performance tuning, and integration strategies.
Technical Governance:
Establish best practices for coding, design patterns, and DevOps processes across teams.
Cloud & Integration:
Drive cloud-native architecture initiatives using
AWS
(Lambda, ECS, Docker, SQS/SNS) and microservices-based solutions.
Project Oversight:
Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Performance Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks and propose architecture improvements to enhance reliability and system throughput.
Innovation:
Evaluate emerging technologies and tools for inclusion in the enterprise architecture roadmap.
Required Skills and Experience
12+ years
of experience in software design and development, with at least
5 years in a technical leadership or architecture role .
Strong expertise in
C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, MVC , and
Entity Framework .
Proven experience in
database architecture
and management using
MS SQL Server , including
SSIS
and
SSRS .
Solid understanding of
AWS Cloud Services , containerization ( Docker ), and microservices design principles.
Experience leading
cross-functional development teams
in agile environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Proven track record of delivering
enterprise-level projects
on time and within budget.
