<p><p>Role : Lead AI/ML Engineer<br/><br/>Experience : 6+ Years<br/><br/>Location : Indore (Work from Office)<br/><br/>Notice Period : Immediate Joiners / Up to 15 Days<br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI/ML Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in advanced AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and building scalable agentic systems that transform enterprise applications.</p><p><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Architect and implement GenAI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs and multimodal AI models.<br/><br/>- Lead end-to-end development of intelligent, scalable, and secure AI systems.<br/><br/>- Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for enterprise-grade applications.<br/><br/>- Drive innovation in agentic systems, knowledge graphs, and conversational AI.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Cloud, Product, Business) for AI adoption.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with ethical AI, privacy, and governance frameworks.<br/><br/>- Contribute to AI/ML best practices, research, and open-source initiatives.<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers.</p><p><br/><b>Skills Required :</b><br/><br/>- 6+ years of overall experience in AI/ML with 3+ years in Generative AI & LLMs.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with transformer models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, Vector Databases (Pinecone/FAISS/Weaviate).<br/><br/>- Experience with multimodal AI systems (text, image, speech integration).<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and scalability (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).<br/><br/>- Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning pipelines.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines.<br/><br/>- Understanding of AI ethics, fairness, privacy, and governance.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Contributions to open-source AI projects are highly desirable.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
