<p><b>Key Responsibilities: </b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations within Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity platforms.
<br/><br/>- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system solutions.
<br/><br/>- Customize and configure Tenrox and Clarity modules to support resource management, time tracking, project planning, financials, and portfolio management.
<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and data integrations between Tenrox, Clarity, and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS).
<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to the applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
<br/><br/>- Assist in planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and migrations for Tenrox and Clarity applications.
<br/><br/>- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and process flows.
<br/><br/>- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/support as needed.
<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
<br/><br/>- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications: </b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
<br/><br/>- 3-5 years of experience supporting, developing, or customizing Tenrox and/or Broadcom Clarity (CA Clarity PPM) applications.
<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Tenrox time tracking, resource management, and workflow customization.
<br/><br/>- Proficient in Broadcom Clarity PPM configuration, reporting, and integration.
<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or other database query languages for report and data extraction.
<br/><br/>- Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), APIs, and middleware tools for system integration.
<br/><br/>- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) used in Clarity or Tenrox customization.
<br/><br/>- Understanding of project and portfolio management concepts, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
<br/><br/>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
<br/><br/>- Experience with ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus <br/><br/><b>Preferred Knowledge/Skills : </b><br/><br/>- In-depth understanding of Tenrox time tracking, resource management, and workflow customization.

<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Broadcom Clarity (formerly CA Clarity PPM) configuration, module customization, and reporting.
<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Clarity's workflow engine, data model, and security model.
<br/><br/>- Experience with project and portfolio management concepts, including resource allocation, financial management, and forecasting.
<br/><br/>- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or similar query languages for report development and data manipulation.
<br/><br/>- Knowledge of relational database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
<br/><br/>- Experience working with RESTful and SOAP web services for integration between Tenrox, Clarity, and other enterprise systems.
<br/><br/>- Familiarity with middleware or ETL tools for data synchronization across systems.
<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, VBScript, or similar for customizing workflows and user interfaces in Tenrox and Clarity.
<br/><br/>- Understanding Agile, Scrum, or waterfall methodologies and their application within PM tools.
<br/><br/>- Familiarity with issue tracking, debugging, and root cause analysis in enterprise applications.
<br/><br/>- Knowledge of ITIL practices related to incident, problem, and change management.
<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
