<p><p><b>Senior Backend Developer (Golang)</b><br/><br/><b>Job Overview :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a dedicated Backend Developer needed to design and build scalable, high-performance systems using Golang, strong computer science fundamentals (DSA), and high-level system architecture.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Tech Stack :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Go (Golang) : Extensive production-level experience, including development with frameworks like Gin, Echo, etc., for building scalable, high-performance services</p><p><br/>- Data Structures & Algorithms : Solid problem-solving ability<br/><br/></p><p>- High-Level Architecture : Experience with service-oriented/microservices design and HLD documentation<br/><br/></p><p>- Messaging & Queues : Kafka or equivalent (RabbitMQ, NATS) for event-driven pipelines<br/><br/></p><p>- Caching : Redis or similar in-memory caching for low-latency data access<br/><br/></p><p>- Database : PostgreSQL (schema design, SQL optimization, large-scale systems)<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Architect, develop and maintain backend services using Go Design and implement event-driven workflows using Kafka or messaging systems<br/><br/></p><p>- Improve performance through Redis-based caching strategies<br/><br/></p><p>- Write optimized SQL and manage PostgreSQL databases at scale<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and present high-level system design and architecture documentation<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, mentor junior engineers<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and scalability planning<br/><br/><b>Ideal Candidate Profile :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 5- 10 years of backend engineering experience, with strong expertise in Go (Golang) and frameworks like Gin, Echo, etc.</p><p><br/>- Demonstrated ability to solve complex CS problems using DSA<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior involvement in queue-based architectures and caching layers<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record in system design and scalable infrastructure<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communicator and team player with leadership exposure</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
