The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, products, and platforms that enhance event experiences.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Work closely with stakeholders (clients, product owners, and tech teams) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.<br/><br/>- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.<br/><br/>- Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and feasibility studies specific to event technology solutions (e.g., event management platforms, ticketing, virtual/hybrid event tools, attendee engagement platforms).<br/><br/>- Support product roadmap discussions and contribute insights from the event technology perspective.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure deliverables meet business needs.<br/><br/>- Prepare and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and recommend solutions.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with event technology trends (AI in events, virtual reality, networking tools, analytics, event apps).<br/><br/><b>Mandatory Skills & Experience : </b><br/><br/>- <b>4 - 6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.</b><br/><br/>- <b>Minimum 2 years of experience in the Event Tech industry (exposure to event management platforms, virtual event tools, or related event technology solutions).</b><br/><br/>- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in business process mapping, requirement gathering, documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories).<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical language.<br/><br/>- Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and using data analytics for Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Knowledge of UX/UI concepts, wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with event data analytics, attendee engagement tracking, and event ROI measurement tools.<br/><br/>- Experience working with cross-cultural teams in global event projects.<br/><br/>- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA) or Agile/Scrum will be an added advantage.<br/><br/><b>Who You Are : </b><br/><br/>- A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong business acumen.<br/><br/>- Passionate about the event technology industry and eager to innovate.<br/><br/>- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role.<br/><br/>- Flexible to work in 12 PM to 9 PM shifts.<br/><br/><b>What We Offer : </b><br/><br/>- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge Event Technology solutions.<br/><br/>- Collaborative and inclusive work environment.<br/><br/>- Career growth and professional development opportunities.<br/><br/>- Competitive compensation and benefits package.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
