This is a strategic role focused on building strong client relationships, driving revenue, and expanding market presence<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Identify and target potential clients in the Retail, E-commerce, Warehouse, Logistics<br/><br/>- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business opportunities and drive revenue.<br/><br/>- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction.<br/><br/>- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular forecasts to leadership.<br/><br/>- Attend virtual meetings, webinars, and events to represent the company and build industry presence.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b><br/><br/>- Proven experience (8+ years) in business development, client acquisition, or strategic sales.<br/><br/>- Strong exposure to retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or warehouse management solutions.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to close large deals, meet/exceed targets, and manage key accounts.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.<br/><br/>- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms.<br/><br/>- Selling IT Solutions / IT products or Staffing experience in a SaaS, logistics, or warehouse automation environment is must<br/><br/>Network of existing contacts in the retail/e-commerce industry.<br/><br/>Keshav Suman<br/><br/>Senior Human Resource Executive<br/><br/>Cell: (+91) - 9304525517 / (+1) 315-9617-7627<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
