Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) – USA Market

Location: Remote (Night Shift)

Salary:15-30 Lacs plus commission

Our software is used by preschools, childcare centers, and enterprise childcare chains worldwide.

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our presence in the USA market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients in the USA market through email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Product Demos: Conduct high-quality product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospects.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and interest in our software solutions.


Required Qualifications:

  • SaaS Experience: Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the childcare, education, or related industries.
  • US Sales Expertise: Familiarity with the USA market, including sales techniques, customer behavior, and business etiquette.
  • Demo Experience: Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demos and articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Night Shift: Comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
  • CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Target-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the childcare or education software industry is a plus.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
