<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain complex and interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.<br/><br/>- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop, with expertise in data modeling and report optimization.<br/><br/>- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for both Tableau and Power BI solutions.<br/><br/>- Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and responsiveness across various devices.<br/><br/>- Apply advanced knowledge of action filters, context filters, parameters, and other interactive dashboard elements.<br/><br/>- Use groups, sets, bins, and hierarchies to enhance data exploration and interactivity.<br/><br/>- Develop various types of visualizations such as bar charts, line charts, scatter plots, heat maps, and custom visuals based on business requirements.<br/><br/>- Understand and apply best practices for dashboard layout, color usage, and user experience.<br/><br/>- Work with Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs) and understand data warehousing concepts for accurate data representation.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve reporting issues and performance bottlenecks.<br/><br/>- Maintain documentation of dashboards and data models.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Required Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 9+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop and Power BI development.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of filters, parameters, actions, and level of detail (LOD) expressions in Tableau.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Power BI DAX, data modeling, measures, and calculated columns.<br/><br/>- Experience in implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI and Tableau.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of dashboard optimization techniques.<br/><br/>- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs) and dimensional modeling.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and in a team Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.<br/><br/>- Experience in the healthcare, financial services, or enterprise IT sectors.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of ETL processes, data governance, and data quality concepts is a plus.<br/><br/>- Certifications in Tableau or Power BI are advantageous.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
