The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing large datasets, deriving actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations to clients-particularly in the context of digital journeys and customer engagement.
This is a consultative, insight-driven role focused on enabling business impact through data.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using Excel and SQL to uncover actionable insights<br/><br/>- Leverage Adobe Analytics to understand customer behavior, digital funnel performance, and engagement trends<br/><br/>- Provide consultative recommendations to clients on journey optimization and digital strategy<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to align data insights with business goals<br/><br/>- Slice and dice data across different dimensions such as channel, campaign, or audience segments<br/><br/>- Create insightful dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively<br/><br/>- (Optional) Support testing initiatives using Adobe Target or similar tools for personalization or optimization<br/><br/>- Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences<br/><br/>Required Skills and Experience :<br/><br/>- 8+ years of experience in data analytics or digital consulting roles<br/><br/>- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas, modeling)<br/><br/>- Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and aggregating large datasets<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace)<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities<br/><br/>- Strong consulting acumen with ability to translate data into business decisions<br/><br/>- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills<br/><br/>Good-to-Have :<br/><br/>- Experience with Adobe Target or other A/B testing platforms<br/><br/>- Knowledge of data storytelling and visualization best practices<br/><br/>- Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and MarTech stack<br/><br/>- Working knowledge of Python for advanced analytics (not mandatory)<br/><br/>- Experience in banking or financial services domain<br/><br/>- Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications :<br/><br/> - Banking/Lending/Cards domain experience (must)<br/><br/> - Adobe Analytics experience<br/><br/> - a/b testing<br/><br/> - Reporting in Tableau or Power BI and SQL<br/><br/>Education :<br/><br/>- B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc IT or Similar qualification in Computer Science<br/><br/>Job Location : Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon<br/> </p> (ref:hirist.tech)
