We specialize in delivering intelligent automation, modern SaaS platforms, and agent based systems for industries like Home Improvement, Real Estate, and Construction - with engineering delivery based in India.<br/><br/>Mode Of Work : Hybrid/Remote<br/><br/>Job Overview :<br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of a voice-enabled multi-agent orchestration system.

This system will interact with graph databases as a knowledge base to deliver high-quality, meaningful results.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Large Language Models (LLMs), and a strong understanding of multi-agent architectures and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Exp in developing various products / applications using Generative AI models that produce original content such as text, audio, video, graphics/images for different industry verticals<br/><br/>- Exp in using frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama index, Semantic Kernel<br/><br/>- Exp in working on concepts like RAG & Model Tuning<br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions in the AWS production environment.<br/><br/>- DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code facilitates seamless deployment and management of AI models in production environments.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with data handling, preprocessing, and model architecture design.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of statistics and research skills, with the ability to apply mathematical concepts to solve complex problems.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated knowledge of NLP techniques and applications for text processing and analysis.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within defined timelines.<br/><br/>Good To Have Skills :<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning<br/><br/>- Proficiency in data visualization and interpretation aids in communicating insights from generative AI models to stakeholders effectively.<br/><br/>- Understanding transfer learning techniques accelerates model development and improves performance, especially with limited data.<br/><br/>- Awareness of regulatory requirements, ethical considerations, and privacy concerns ensures compliance and responsible use of generative AI technologies.<br/><br/>- Deeper expertise in GAN architectures and applications enhances proficiency in developing and optimizing generative AI models.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with additional generative AI libraries and frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI's GPT, or NVIDIA's StyleGAN provides alternative tools and approaches for model development.Key Responsibilities Areas -<br/><br/>- Build various applications / products using Generative AI models capable of generating original content across various domains, including text, images, and music.<br/><br/>- Develop and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions in the AWS production environment, with a focus on generative AI models.<br/><br/>- Utilize NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction, information retrieval, entity resolution, NER, knowledge extraction, data structures, and modelling.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement models that meet business objectives.<br/><br/>- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, Large Language Models, and Generative AI.<br/><br/>- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.<br/><br/>- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed AI/ML solutions on AWS cloud servers</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
