<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/>- Configure and manage data source connections (streaming and batch) for ingestion into AEP.<br/><br/>- Design and implement data models (XDM/Schemas) to support ingestion, transformation, and activation.<br/><br/>- Manage data flows, datasets, profiles, and identity resolution within AEP.<br/><br/>- Build and optimize audience segmentation strategies for batch, streaming, and edge evaluations.<br/><br/>- Export audiences and datasets to multiple destinations, ensuring adherence to platform constraints.<br/><br/>- Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Analytics, Campaign, Journey Optimizer, Target, and Audience Manager.<br/><br/>- Work with large datasets across LOBs, performing advanced SQL-based transformations and ETL processes.<br/><br/>- Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot platform issues, and optimize AEP configurations for performance and Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 5- 8 years of overall development experience with at least 3+ years in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).<br/><br/>- Mandatory RTCDP expertise, including batch and streaming ingestion, real-time profile management, and identity resolution.<br/><br/>- Strong data modeling and XDM schema design experience.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and large-scale data transformations.<br/><br/>- Experience with audience segmentation, combining multiple audience types and destinations.<br/><br/>- Hands-on knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and other Adobe tools (Campaign, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager).<br/><br/>- Proven experience working in banking or financial services domain, handling sensitive data across multiple LOBs.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform limitations, best practices, and integration strategies with other cloud tools.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for data integration.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance tuning.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
