<p>Location : Remote / Hybrid (India Preferred)<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b>03- 10 years of relevant experience<br/><br/><b>Reports to :</b> CEO/Co-founder<br/><b><br/>Type :</b> Full-Time<br/><br/><b>Tech Stack :</b> Python, Frappe, LangChain, Neo4j, FAISS, React.js, AWS/GCP/Azure<br/><br/><b>What You'll Do?</b><br/><br/></p><p>AI/ML Development :<br/><br/>- Build AI-powered student learning insights using Graph Databases (Neo4j), FAISS, Sentence Transformers, and OpenCV (ResNet-50).<br/><br/>- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and reinforcement learning models to personalize content and assessment.<br/><br/>- Research and implement multi-modal generation (text, image, voice) for highly personalized learning interactions.<br/><br/>- Fine-tune and optimize transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT) to deliver contextual, culturally relevant learning experiences.<br/><br/></p><p>Backend & API Development :<br/><br/>- Architect and build scalable backend using Frappe, FastAPI, or Django.<br/><br/>- Develop REST and GraphQL APIs to connect PAL with TAP's LMS, Glific, and content repositories.<br/><br/>- Integrate Redis and Celery to manage background inference processes.<br/><br/>- Connect with Glific APIs to power our AI-driven WhatsApp learning chatbot.<br/><br/></p><p>Frontend & User Experience (Optional) :<br/><br/>- Develop a React.js-based student dashboard for real-time learning insights and content delivery.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with our UX team to ensure intuitive and accessible design.<br/><br/></p><p>Cloud & Deployment (DevOps) :<br/><br/>- Deploy and scale models across cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.<br/><br/>- Implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Cypress.io) to ensure continuous delivery and testing.<br/><br/>- Use Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized deployments.</p><p><br/></p><p> AI-Driven Security & Automation :<br/><br/>- Ensure data privacy and compliance by embedding AI-powered security checks.<br/><br/>- Automate personalized content delivery through NLP chatbots and AI workflows.<br/><br/><b>Who You Are?</b><br/><br/>- You've worked on AI/ML systems at scale, especially in EdTech, SaaS, or social impact settings<br/><br/>- You've built or fine-tuned models with GPT/BERT, FAISS, LangChain, or custom embeddings<br/><br/>- You know how to move between backend complexity and real-world deployment<br/><br/>- You've used tools like Zapier, N8N, or FastAPI in production<br/><br/>- You don't just write code - you write roadmaps, define structure, and love cross-functional collaboration<br/><br/>- Bonus : You've dabbled in adaptive learning, NLP in regional languages, or multimodal AI<br/><br/><b>What You Can Expect?</b><br/><br/>- Real ownership : You'll lead architecture, experimentation, and rollout<br/><br/>- Deep learning : Work with experienced leaders across product, pedagogy, and AI<br/><br/>- Remote flexibility : Work from anywhere, build for everywhere<br/><br/>- Bold pace, clear values : We move fast, think big, and always center the child<br/><br/>- Future leadership track : Opportunity to grow into a Tech/AI Lead role as we scale<br/><br/>- Full transparency - Competitive salary, equity potential, and clarity on what's next</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
