<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Working in project teams designing, building and maintaining Document management & Mail room tools within infrastructure to provide strong business solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working in tandem with an engineering team to identify & implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to communicate with clients on a business level and translate their needs into technical solutions<br/><br/></p><p>- Managing software evaluations for cloud migrations for customer service channels<br/><br/></p><p>- Employing exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and resolve issues before escalations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience collaborating across multiple functional and/or technical teams to deliver an Agile-based project<br/><br/></p><p>- Setting up pilots and POC for solution evaluations and further migration to production<br/><br/></p><p>- Providing digital experience, business automation solutions using AI/Client as well as contact center Qualifications :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Good understanding of Microservices based architecture is required using Spring Boot or equivalent.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong DB knowledge on RDBMS databases like PostGreSQL, MySQL etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong working knowledge of Spring, REST APIs, Swagger or any equivalent API documentation tool<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of integration patterns and their uses<br/><br/></p><p>- Good documentation skills able to create design documents for solution proposals<br/><br/></p><p>- Good presentation skills able to create working UML/Flow diagrams (e.g. draw.io, LucidChart etc) and present to different Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the design and implementation of document management and mailroom tools aligned with business needs.</p><p><br/></p>- Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect and deploy optimal cloud-based solutions in line with security and compliance standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate software for cloud migration across customer service channels.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues before escalation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive Agile-based project delivery across multiple teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop pilots and proof-of-concepts for solution validation and production rollout.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver digital experiences and automation using AI and contact center Technical Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Strong understanding of microservices architecture using Spring Boot or equivalent.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and REST API development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with integration patterns and backend service connectivity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Skilled in creating technical documentation, UML, and flow diagrams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, especially for external service integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in Amazon Connect: building contact and chat flows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with document management and mailroom tools (3+ years).<br/><br/></p><p>- Background in customer service technologies (5+ years), including cloud-based contact center platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integration experience with WFM, CRM (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk), and Unified Communications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of WebRTC, SIP, and other communication protocols.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in Python, with working knowledge of Node.js, Java, or .NET.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with IVR platforms (Genesys, Avaya) and migration to Amazon Cloud & AI Tools :</b></p><br/></p><p>- AWS : Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, Athena, Kinesis, CloudWatch, CloudFormation<br/><br/></p><p>- Contact Center : Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, Transcribe, Contact Lens<br/><br/></p><p>- AI/ML : Amazon Q, Bedrock<br/><br/></p><p>- Document & Mailroom Automation Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Cloud fundamentals<br/><br/></p><p>- Serverless architecture<br/><br/></p><p>- Data services<br/><br/></p><p>- Application integration<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshooting and debugging<br/><br/></p><p>- Customer experience design<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of client server Qualifications :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering<br/><br/></p><p>- Contact centre knowledge and experience, including understanding of call flows, routing and queues, contact centre reporting and management.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following:<br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on AWS, specifically Amazon Connect
