We institutionalize AI-powered DevOps practices — embedding AI and automation into our pipelines, provisioning, monitoring, and documentation — ensuring SOC 2, GDPR, and EUDR compliance and tenant isolation (schema-per-tenant/RLS).
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of our AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and compliance.
This is a hands-on, on-site position at our Bangalore R&D Center — not remote.

Qualifications
· 10+ years total experience in Systems Administration or Cloud Engineering, including 5+ years of diversified AWS experience.
· AWS Certified (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Administrator).
· Hands-on experience with:
1, AWS Core Services: ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS/Aurora, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Route53, KMS.
2,SSO integration and Security configuration.
3,Backup/Archive/DR planning and execution.
4,Performance tuning and security testing.
5, Database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Aurora).
· Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Shell).
· Proven experience with compliance and audit support (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
· Excellent communication skills and documentation discipline.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
