You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our infrastructure meets the high standards required for our mission-critical applications.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response.<br/><br/>- Manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.<br/><br/>- Utilize AWS services effectively to ensure scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant systems.<br/><br/>- Administer and control system access for all team members across the organization, ensuring compliance with security policies.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance and workflow.<br/><br/>- Stay current with new technology options and vendor products, recommending enhancements and changes to improve system security, reliability, and efficiency.<br/><br/>- Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures.<br/><br/>- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to manage cloud resources efficiently and consistently.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Proven experience of 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.<br/><br/>- Proficient with git and git workflows.<br/><br/>- Strong experience with Kubernetes, including monitoring and scaling applications.<br/><br/>- Extensive experience with AWS cloud services.<br/><br/>- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge and experience with Terraform for infrastructure management.<br/><br/>- Good knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent team player with strong communication skills, flexibility, and customer-focused attitude.<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Certifications in Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and other relevant technologies.<br/><br/>- Experience with security systems.<br/><br/>At Vananam (The Reward Store), we are committed to fostering a positive and rewarding work environment for our team members.
