In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining development workflows, maintaining infrastructure reliability, and enhancing our CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
The ideal candidate should have a strong DevOps mindset, a passion for automation, and a track record of building scalable infrastructure.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.<br/><br/>- Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.<br/><br/>- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.<br/><br/>- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.<br/><br/>- Configure and maintain monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch).<br/><br/>- Write robust scripts in Python, Bash, or Shell to automate recurring tasks and improve system efficiency.<br/><br/>- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues; perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.<br/><br/>- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production environments.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the SDLC.<br/><br/>- Continuously advocate for automation, efficiency, and DevOps culture within the team.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA).<br/><br/>- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or related role.<br/><br/>- Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.<br/><br/>- Expert in containerization and orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.<br/><br/>- Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform : AWS, Azure, or GCP.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.<br/><br/>- Skilled in scripting : Python, Bash, or Shell.<br/><br/>- Experience in monitoring/logging tools : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, etc.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and security best practices.<br/><br/>- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.<br/><br/>- Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and manage multiple priorities</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
