You will be a key individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and maintaining highly reliable and efficient systems that empower our development teams to ship code faster and more reliably.
If you thrive in automating everything and have a keen eye for optimizing cloud costs, this role is for you.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Architect, implement, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.</p><p><br/>- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design, deploy, and maintain services on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), ensuring high </p><p>availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proactively monitor system performance, health, and costs using tools like Prometheus, </p><p>Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement robust security practices, identity management, and compliance controls across </p><p>the cloud environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives through right-sizing, spot instance management, and resource scheduling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate directly with development teams to understand their requirements and build self-</p><p>service deployment tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the entire stack : hardware, software, </p><p>network, and Requirements : </b></p><br/>- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps/SRE role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in managing and scaling infrastructure on AWS or Azure (Certifications are a </p><p>plus).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, </p><p>GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, </p><p>CloudFormation, or Ansible).<br/><br/></p><p>- In-depth knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes - </p><p>EKS/AKS/GKE).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of networking concepts (VPC, Subnets, Load Balancers, Firewalls) and security </p><p>best practices.<br/><br/><p><b>Good to Have : </b></p><p><br/>- Experience in a microservices architecture environment.</p></p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of database management and optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, We Offer : </b></p><p><br/></p>- A challenging and impactful role as a key individual contributor.<br/><br/></p><p>- Opportunity to work with large-scale, distributed systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Competitive compensation and benefits package.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
