<p><b>Senior DevOps Engineer</b><br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced <b>Senior DevOps Engineer</b> to join our dynamic team.
As a <b>Senior DevOps Engineer</b>, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our software products.
You will play a key role in automating processes, improving system reliability, and optimizing :</b><br/><br/>- Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable infrastructure using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).<br/><br/><p>- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.</p><br/><br/><p>- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.</p><br/><br/><p>- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.</p><br/><br/><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner.</p><br/><br/><p>- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability.</p><br/><br/><p>- Implement and maintain security best practices across the infrastructure and applications.</p><br/><br/><p>- Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for production systems.</p><br/><br/><p>- Document infrastructure and deployment processes.</p><br/><br/><p>- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve our infrastructure and processes.</p><br/><br/><p>- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and share knowledge within the team.</p><br/><br/><p>- Contribute to the overall DevOps strategy and roadmap.</p><br/><br/><p>- Manage and optimize cloud costs.</p><br/><br/><p>- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.</p><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.<br/><br/><p>- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.</p><p><br/></p>- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.<br/><br/><p>- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.</p><br/><br/><p>- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</p><br/><br/><p>- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.</p><br/><br/><p>- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.</p><br/><br/><p>- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.</p><br/><br/><p>- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.</p><br/><br/><p>- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</p><br/><br/><p>- Strong communication and collaboration skills.</p><br/><br/><p>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><br/><br/><p>- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.</p><br/><br/><p>- Experience with security best practices in cloud environments.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
