This opportunity is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and is passionate about building scalable, secure, and transparent DevOps processes.<br/><br/>In this role, you will lead a small team of DevOps engineers, take charge of our Docker-based deployments, and establish streamlined Git workflows to ensure safe, repeatable, and observable production operations.<br/><br/>You will work closely with cross-functional teams - including engineering, QA, and product - to drive DevOps excellence and infrastructure reliability across the organization.<br/><br/><b>Team & Leadership :</b><br/><br/>- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive a culture of accountability, documentation, and continuous improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and enforce DevOps best practices and team & Operations :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Own the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable infrastructure with Docker at its core.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, and deployment processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure high availability and security of production environments, including incident response and disaster </p><p>recovery Control & Workflow :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Establish and maintain efficient, transparent Git workflows (e.g., GitFlow, trunk-based development).<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers to improve branching, merging, and code review processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain visibility and traceability of all changes going into & Monitoring :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Implement security best practices in DevOps (e.g., secrets management, image scanning, access control).<br/><br/></p><p>- Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.<br/><br/><b>What Youll Bring : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles.<br/><br/></p><p>- 2+ years of leadership experience - managing people or leading cross-functional initiatives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expert-level knowledge of Docker and containerized application deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Git version control and experience setting up and managing collaborative </p><p>workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/><b>Nice to Have :</b></p><p><br/>- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, or other orchestration tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in a regulated or high-uptime environment.<br/><br/><b>Note : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>Candidates should be ready to enter a personal bond of 2 years with notice period of 90 days from Day 1.
