<p><p><b>Description :</b> <br/><br/>As a Senior Engineer in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Operations at Optiv, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise IGA platforms including Zilla Security, Saviynt, and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).<br/><br/>You will ensure the reliability, performance, and compliance of identity services across client environments, while supporting access governance, provisioning workflows, and access review campaigns.<br/><br/>This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a strong operational mindset and a passion for identity security.<br/><br/><b>How Youll Make An Impact :</b> <br/><br/>- Provide ongoing operational support for IGA platforms (Zilla, Saviynt, SailPoint ISC), including issue resolution, performance tuning, and system health monitoring.<br/><br/>- Manage daily administration tasks such as user provisioning/deprovisioning, access request fulfillment, role management, and policy enforcement.<br/><br/>- Monitor and maintain connectors and integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS applications, and on-prem systems.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve access issues, sync failures, and workflow errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.<br/><br/>- Support access certification campaigns, including campaign setup, monitoring, and remediation tracking.<br/><br/>- Perform routine audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to analyze access data, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.<br/><br/>- Maintain and update technical documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, and configuration guides.<br/><br/>- Participate in change management processes, ensuring updates and patches are tested and deployed with minimal risk.<br/><br/>- Provide on-call support and respond to incidents related to identity services as part of a rotation.<br/><br/><b>What Were Looking For :</b> <br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in IGA/IAM operations and support, with hands-on experience in Zilla Security, Saviynt, and SailPoint ISC.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance requirements.<br/><br/>- Experience with troubleshooting connectors, APIs, and synchronization issues across hybrid environments.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with directory services (AD, Azure AD), SSO, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation and reporting.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage access review campaigns, SoD policies, and remediation workflows.<br/><br/>- Strong documentation skills and experience maintaining operational runbooks and SOPs.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.<br/><br/>- Experience with ticketing systems (e.<br/><br/>, ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL-based support models.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.<br/><br/>- Certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional, Saviynt Certified Engineer, or CISSP/CISM/CIAM are a plus.<br/><br/>- The role demands the availability for 6PM to 3AM IST time zone.<br/><br/>- This role is Work from Office role.<br/><br/><b>What You Can Expect From
