You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and be empowered to drive quality and innovation in every line of code.<br/><br/>If you enjoy collaborating, leading, and solving deep technical problems, this role was made for you.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in backend software development<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise with Node.js and experience leading engineering efforts<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and deliver multiple development projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery<br/><br/></p><p>- Gather technical requirements, translate them into clear specs, and work closely with customers and stakeholders<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior developers and play an active role in team growth and onboarding<br/><br/></p><p>- Guide team members through architecture, design, and code reviews<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to build, test, and maintain web applications<br/><br/></p><p>- Design robust solutions, develop features, and write unit tests that uphold high-quality standards<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in peer reviews and enforce coding best practices<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain integrations between services and optimize for performance<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot complex issues and offer third-level support for business-critical systems<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to process and architecture improvements and advocate for modern engineering practices<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay current with industry trends and proactively introduce tools, practices, or products that could benefit the team<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong grasp of agile development workflows (Scrum/Kanban)</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with multi-threaded systems, concurrency, and backend performance tuning<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent debugging and performance profiling skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of object-oriented and service-oriented architecture<br/><br/></p><p>- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in high-performing teams<br/><br/></p><p>- Clear communicator who values clarity, documentation, and team alignment<br/><br/><b>Benefits :</b><br/><br/>We dont just hire employeeswe invest in people.
