**Overview**
As a Senior Experience Technologist, we are looking for a skilled developer to join our engineering team, responsible for migrating from a monolithic architecture to cloud-native microservices.
The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, experience with cloud platforms, and be proficient in Node.js, GraphQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
As part of our cross-functional team, you’ll have the opportunity to design and develop innovative solutions, leveraging best practices in server-side programming.

**Your Impact:**
+ Lead efforts to migrate legacy systems from monolithic architectures to cloud-native microservices.
+ Have strong understanding of **cloud platforms** like **AWS** .
+ Manage Kubernetes-based CI/CD pipelines on AWS for Dockerized applications, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments.
+ Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar.
+ Solve complex problems with algorithmic solutions, developing robust, efficient backend services that scale with demand.
+ Continuously optimize server performance for speed and scalability.
Work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to team goals, and participate in the full software development lifecycle.
**Qualifications**
+ **Have more than 3 years** of experience **in Node.js backend development.**
+ Handson expertise in developing APIs using **GraphQL** and **REST** .
+ Proficient in **Docker** and **Kubernetes** (big plus).
+ Familiar with designing and building APIs and scalable services.
+ Express or similar
+ Good understanding of Node.js
+ Expertise in Apollo Server
+ Good understanding of Mocha & Chai for testing
+ Experience working with relational and non-relational databases such as **PostgreSQL** , **MySQL** , **Redis** , or **MongoDB** .
+ A demonstrated ability to optimize server performance for large-scale applications.
+ Strong experience with **asynchronous programming** and server-side development..
+ Experience in leading projects through the complete application development lifecycle.
+ A team player who thrives in collaborative, deadline-driven environments, delivering high-quality work on time.
