<p><p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building end-to-end scalable web applications.<br/><br/>You will be responsible for designing and developing robust backend services as well as dynamic and responsive frontend interfaces.<br/><br/>This role requires deep expertise in both client-side and server-side technologies and a strong problem-solving mindset.<br/><br/>As a senior team member, you will play a key role in architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with clean, efficient, and well-documented code.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.<br/><br/>- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using modern backend frameworks.<br/><br/>- Build responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.<br/><br/>- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.<br/><br/>- Ensure code quality through automated tests, peer reviews, and best development practices.<br/><br/>- Integrate with third-party APIs and services as needed.<br/><br/>- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.) and contribute to technical discussions.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior developers and help build a culture of engineering excellence.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills Required :</b><br/><br/>- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript<br/><br/>- Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js<br/><br/>- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles<br/><br/>- Familiarity with frontend state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, Vuex)<br/><br/>- Strong experience with Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, Python (Django/Flask) based on stack<br/><br/>- Proficient in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture<br/><br/>- Experience with authentication/authorization, security best practices, and performance tuning<br/><br/>- Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus<br/><br/>- Proficient in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB)<br/><br/>- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)<br/><br/>- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes is a plus<br/><br/>- Version control using Git<br/><br/>- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
