:<br/></p><p><br/>- Build and maintain scalable and secure backend systems using Python or Node.js and cloud platforms like AWS.</p><p><br/>- Design and implement RESTful & GraphQL APIs and server-side logic to power web applications.<br/></p><p><br/>- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to create efficient and scalable data solutions.</p><br/><p>CI/CD And Automation :<br/><br/></p><p>- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.<br/></p><p><br/>- Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve team productivity and code reliability.</p><br/><p>Programming Best Practices :<br/></p><p><br/>- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best programming practices.<br/></p><p><br/>- Conduct code reviews, implement test-driven development (TDD), and ensure high-quality software delivery.</p><br/><p>Collaboration And Communication :<br/></p><p><br/>- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features that align with project goals and client expectations.<br/></p><p><br/>- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience : 4+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer, with at least 3 years specialising in React for web development.<br/></p><p><br/>- Proven expertise in building and maintaining scalable web applications in a services business environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js and familiarity with modern cloud platforms such as AWS.<br/></p><p><br/>- Hands-on experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases for designing and optimising data structures.<br/></p><p><br/>- Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, as well as automating workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of frontend and backend development best practices, including clean code principles, test-driven development (TDD), and code reviews.<br/></p><p><br/>- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Git, and DevOps practices to support efficient development workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.<br/></p><p><br/>- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and frameworks.<br/></p><p><br/>- A team player with a growth
