POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Manager BI- Products to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have techno-functional with a 7+ years of experience in Banking, NBFC or Credit Bureau industry with strong understanding of credit reporting, Credit Bureau BI products, and data driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: -Collaborate with clients, financial institutions, lenders, and internal teams to understand their needs and challenges related to credit reporting and BI products.
-Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure product alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.
-Conduct customer experience surveys and feedbacks to gather insights into product performance and opportunities for improvement.

Data Quality & Regulatory Data checks: - Track industry trends and regulatory deliverables to keep quality of products delivery competitive.
-Focus on data quality checks and gap analysis related to credit reporting and the correction of member information.
-Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover patterns and correlations in credit bureaus data.
Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
-Ensure that all credit bureau products deliveries with relevant industry regulations.
Qualifications: Education: Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
MBA is a plus.
Experience: (Credit Bureau Understanding is must) -7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on financial products, data services, or credit-related offerings.
-Experience working with credit bureaus or in credit reporting and financial services industries is highly preferred.
-Strong understanding of credit reporting BI models, credit reporting regulations, and data quality checks techniques.
Skills: -Proven ability to manage complex products and projects in a cross-functional environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
-Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.G., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
