<p><p><b>Role Description :</b><br/><br/>This is a contract role for a Senior Gainsight Developer located in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility as a hybrid role.<br/><br/>The Senior Gainsight Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Gainsight solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing scalable software solutions, and writing clean, efficient code.<br/><br/>The role will also involve analyzing user requirements, refining system specifications, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and Title : Senior Gainsight Developer/Admin/Support.<br/><br/>Job Type : Contract (long term).<br/><br/>Location : Pune.<br/><br/><b>Core Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 5+ years in technical support or engineering (preferably SaaS).<br/><br/>- 2+ years hands-on with Gainsight administration/support.<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>The role involves end-to-end solution design and delivery by translating Customer Success (CS) and VOC team requirements into actionable JIRA stories, refining them through stakeholder discussions, and implementing tested solutions in Gainsight.<br/><br/>It includes creating enablement documentation, managing scorecards, success plans, and opportunity processes, integrating usage data to drive health scores and CTAs, and customizing company structures and dashboards.<br/><br/>The position also focuses on strategic planning by exploring unused Gainsight features, analyzing churn data, and fostering innovation through idea reviews and sprint allocations.<br/><br/>Additionally, the role requires leading a small technical team, documenting architecture changes, fixing production bugs, and ensuring smooth execution of CS initiatives.<br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.<br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles, preferably in SaaS environments.<br/><br/>- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Gainsight administration or support.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of customer success processes and data models.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and data integration tools (e.g , Salesforce, Snowflake, Segment).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Gainsight features like Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, and Reporting.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- ITIL, Gainsight Admin Certification, or other relevant certifications are a plus.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
