Job Summary
The Senior Integrations Consultant is responsible for architecting, developing, configuring and maintaining complex integrations within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem.
This role requires a high level of technical expertise in Workday integration technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions across HR, Payroll and Finance domains.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in configuration or development of Workday integrations, including:
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Core Connectors
- Workday Studio
- XSLT transformation integrations
- Boomerang integrations
- At least 2 years of specialized experience with Workday Studio integration development.
- Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, WSDL, and related integration technologies.
- Experience with integration testing methodologies and tools.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Workday integration environments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday integrations, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and performance tuning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English for effective collaboration, documentation and corporate communications.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks with minimal supervision, and deliver results in remote or team environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent years work experience
- Workday Pro Certification in Integrations or Workday Extend
- Experience with BIRT reporting
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
