<p><p><b>Job Description : </b><br/><br/><b>Roles and Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Product Strategy & Vision : Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine technology product vision, roadmap and strategy.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.<br/><br/>- Backlog Management : Translate product vision into actionable tasks in the backlog.
Prioritize and manage product backlog by working closely with product, engineering, UX/UI and business teams.
Break down high-level features into actionable user stories that are well-defined, clear and technically feasible.<br/><br/>- Requirements Gathering : Work with business teams and customers to gather, analyze and document technical requirements which can be translated into technical specifications for development teams.<br/><br/>- Understands the product outcome and benefits to customers, to the market, to the business.
Also the agile development processes and organization way of working<br/><br/>- Gather functional requirements and conceptualize features that meet customer needs Ensure non-functional requirements are taken into consideration as well<br/><br/>- Leads the product definition in collaboration with the scrum master and development team (UI/UX team, architecture, engineering, business analyst) including other relevant inputs that may affect the scope of the product (medical affairs, data security, data privacy and legal)<br/><br/>- Owns and facilitates features and user story refinement and planning sessions<br/><br/>- Manages the team product backlog and prioritization of user stories, ensuring the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all<br/><br/>- Ensure the team is focused on developing the deliverables that provide the optimum value for the user and the business<br/><br/>- Approves product increments on sprint reviews, and acceptance of final iteration plan.<br/><br/>- Accountable for the definition of done as well as the acceptance<br/><br/>- Leads the product development team(s) and guides implementation<br/><br/>- Responsible for the team vision, product roadmap and release plan, in close collaboration with other relevant teams and the Agile Release Train<br/><br/>- Collaboration with Engineering Teams : Active engagement with the engineering teams to ensure that technical requirements are met.
Participate in sprint ceremonies sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives.<br/><br/>- Stakeholder communication : Serve as a liaison between the business stakeholders and engineering team communicating progress, risks and dependencies clearly and regularly.<br/><br/>- Pricing Quality Assurance : Ensure products meet the required technical standards and business requirements through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Support teams by providing acceptable success criteria.<br/><br/>- Customer-centric Approach : Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure that pricing solution and experiences optimized keeping the customer and store team members in mind.<br/><br/>- Release scheduling : Define product release schedules in co-ordination with stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that features are delivered in.
timely manner.<br/><br/>- Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams to improve processes, tools and workflows.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 3+ years experience as a Product owner, Technical Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of software development processes, cloud platforms and systems architecture.
Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures is a bonus.<br/><br/>- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies Scrum, kanban and development tools Jira, Confluence, etc.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language to effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help review, analyze, prioritize competing items, challenges and dependencies<br/><br/>- Solid collaboration skills with experience in relation building, conflict resolution, negotiation and consensus building skills.
Experience with stakeholder and vendor management.<br/><br/>- Experience in coaching and mentoring highly performant engineering teams.<br/><br/>- Working knowledge of the retail industry and pricing domain is a bonus.<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, engineering or related field.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
