If so, Hempel's Data Democratization, BI & Analytics Team is looking for you!<br/><br/>As our Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of data & analytics projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Role & Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Youll drive agile processes, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our data products evolve to support business growth.<br/><br/>- Lead and Manage Data Projects : Oversee all projects within the Digital Data & Analytics, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and with specific focus on all aspects of data products delivered.<br/><br/>- Agile methodology : using agile model and concepts, working in DevOps.<br/><br/>- Using more waterfall approach if needed for specific tasks.<br/><br/>- Drive Daily Standups : Conduct daily meetings to follow up on tasks, identify blockers, and provide necessary support.<br/><br/>- Weekly Reviews : Organize and lead weekly progress reviews to ensure milestones are met and projects are on track, and report blockers to stakeholder meetings.<br/><br/>- Documentation : Write and maintain comprehensive descriptions of epics, user stories, requirements, tasks, bugs, and acceptance criteria.<br/><br/>- Focus on Definition of Done : Implement strategies to enhance the project understanding of DoD of a live data product, that is expected to evolve right after project go-live.<br/><br/>- Drive Collaboration : Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication among team members.<br/><br/>- Maintain Project Documents : Follow PRINCE2 methodology for documentation, including weekly status reports, risk logs, Steering Committees etc.<br/><br/>What do you need to be successful in this role?<br/><br/>- Experience : Proven experience (at least 5+ years) in Agile project management and Azure DevOps.<br/><br/>- Methodologies : PRINCE2, Agile, and Scrum.<br/><br/>- Technical Skills : Long track of record of successful data & analytics projects in Azure and SAP.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.<br/><br/>- A can-do attitude, solution-oriented, and focused on achieving project goals on time.<br/><br/>What we can offer?<br/><br/>- Amazing opportunity to work closely with colleagues locally and internationally.<br/><br/>- Competitive salary with annual bonus.<br/><br/>- Private health care package (fully financed by company).<br/><br/>- Group insurance.<br/><br/>- Benefits cafeteria with Multisport card co-financed.<br/><br/>- Access to Hempel Academy learning platform.<br/><br/>- Extra paid long holidays.<br/><br/>- Hybrid work-model (our office is located in Gdansk), flexible working hours.<br/><br/>Why Join Hempel?<br/><br/>At Hempel, we believe in nurturing talent and fostering a culture that values diversity and inclusivity.<br/><br/>We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered to achieve their best.<br/><br/>As a Project Manager in our Data Democratization, BI & Analytics Team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, drive innovation, and make a significant impact on our business.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
