At Descartes NetCHB, we build smart, scalable solutions that streamline operations in healthcare and financial services.

As a Full Stack Java Developer in our Gurugram office, you'll help evolve our Java-based multi-tier web application (Struts, EJB), develop new features, and support production systems.

We are looking for 3 Senior Java Developers.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence a couple of days per week.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design and build new features; enhance existing functionality
•    Write clean, tested Java code to meet business requirements
•    Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
•    Maintain and optimize existing systems
•    Review code and support quality standards across the team

What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
•    Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent
•    5+ years of Java development experience
•    Experience with Struts/EJB, Linux/Unix, Git
•    Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, JS (jQuery, Dojo)
•    MySQL proficiency and strong SQL skills
•    Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile
•    Excellent English communication skills
We value aptitude over experience — especially smarts, curiosity, coachability, work ethic, track record, responsibility, and honesty.

Nice-to-haves:
•    Experience in healthcare, fintech, or regulated industries
•    Exposure to microservices, cloud platforms, or containerization
•    Familiarity with React/Angular or NoSQL

Competitive compensation:  15,00,000 - 17,00,000 INR annually- Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have.

Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
