This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building scalable systems, mentoring teams, and working on next-gen enterprise platforms.<br/><br/>Youll be part of an employee-centric, customer-obsessed organization, working with cutting-edge technologies to design robust, scalable :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define code architecture decisions to support high-performance and scalable systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop APIs and services in Java from scratch.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with MySQL and Hibernate for data management and persistence.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to front-end development using GWT when required.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in all development aspects including security and non-functional requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership (for developers with 7+ years of experience).<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices for faster and reliable deployments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish unit and integration testing strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Brainstorm ideas and suggest features to improve products.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work in Agile teams; participate in sprints, reviews, and retrospectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with clients to ensure expectations are met and Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Strong programming expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with MySQL, Hibernate.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to GWT (Google Web Toolkit) for front-end integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent knowledge of RESTful paradigms and building/consuming APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of advanced Java concepts (lambda expressions, functional interfaces, generics, collections, threads).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.<br/><br/></p><p>- CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS DevOps).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP optional).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Nice to Have :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Healthcare domain knowledge<br/><br/></p><p>- Agile methodology experience</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
