<p><p><b>About the Role : Senior Java :</b></p><p><br/>- Work on a high-velocity scrum team.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with clients to devise solutions for real-world problems.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Architect and implement scalable end-to-end Web applications.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Support the team lead in facilitating development processes.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide estimates and milestones for Work with your mentor for personal learning and growth, and mentor less experienced engineers.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to the growth of InRhythm through interviewing and architectural (Core Requirements) :</b></p><p><br/>- 5+ years of Java development within an enterprise-level domain.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with Java 8 (Java 11 preferred) features such as lambda expressions, Stream API, CompletableFuture, etc.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Skilled in low-latency, high-volume application development.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Expertise in CI/CD and shift-left testing.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Nice to have : Golang and/or Rust.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experienced with asynchronous programming, multithreading, implementing APIs, and Microservices, including Spring Boot.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with SQL.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with data sourcing, data modeling, and data enrichment.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Systems Design & CI/CD pipelines.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Cloud computing, preferably AWS.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Solid verbal and written communication and consultant/client-facing skills are a must.
