                         Job Title: Senior Laboratory Automation Trainer

Summary:
We are seeking a  Laboratory Automation Trainer  to develop and deliver technical training programs that enhance the automation capabilities of our Analytical R&D teams.
This role focuses on empowering scientists and engineers with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to design, operate, and troubleshoot automated laboratory workflows for vaccines, antibodies, and protein products.
The ideal candidate will have both strong technical expertise in laboratory automation and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs  on laboratory automation systems, including robotics platforms, liquid handlers, plate readers, and integrated analytical instruments.
Train scientists and technical staff  on converting manual laboratory processes into automated workflows.
Develop educational materials, SOPs, and best practice guides  for automated systems and data management integration.
Provide hands-on workshops and technical demonstrations  on programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of lab automation equipment.
Assess training needs  by collaborating with Analytical R&D teams to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
Coach and mentor new users , ensuring consistent adherence to GxP, data integrity, and experimental best practices.
Evaluate training outcomes  and continuously improve course content based on user feedback and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in  Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science , or a related discipline.
1+ years of experience  in laboratory automation, preferably within the  biopharma or analytical R&D environment .
Proficiency in  programming languages  such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with  lab automation systems  (liquid handlers, plate readers, dispensers, washers, or robotic arms).
Experience working with  Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) .
Strong ability to  translate technical workflows into clear, structured training materials .
Excellent  communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills  with the ability to engage both scientific and engineering audiences.
Demonstrated skills in  experimental design, data interpretation, and critical thinking .
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
