sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Lead – Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Administrator  to join our dynamic consulting team in India!

 As Senior Lead, you will:

Client and  Environment Management

• Onboard new clients on LCS or Power Platform based on requirements.
  
  
• Design environment strategies for on-premise and cloud (SaaS) deployments: Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Business Central.
  
  
• Handle pricing, costing, and capacity planning based on project needs.
  
  
• Lead the Environment Management Center of Excellence (COE) and mentor team members.
  
  
• Implement and maintain best practices for process and environment management.
  
  

System  Administration & Operations

• Install and configure AX 2012/R2/R3, D365 F&O, CE, and BC environments (on-prem and cloud).
  
  
• Monitor environment health, performance, and capacity via LCS , PPAC , and Azure Portal .
  
  
• Manage environment refreshes, backups, and database copies across platforms.
  
  
• Oversee Power Platform environments, solutions, and connectors.
  
  
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID , Office 365 , Exchange , and licensing .
  
  

Security &  Compliance

• Design and manage security roles, duties, and privileges in D365 and Dataverse.
  
  
• Integrate and manage Azure Active Directory for user provisioning and access control.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with GDPR , audit, and internal security policies.
  
  

DevOps &  Deployment

• Manage end-to-end Azure DevOps setup: organizations, projects, pipelines, repos, and policies.
  
  
• Deploy code and configurations using Azure DevOps pipelines, Package Deployer, and LCS.
  
  
• Oversee structured promotion of code across environments (Dev → UAT → Production).
  
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot OData, web services, and data integration endpoints.
  
  

Infrastructure  & Maintenance

• Administer SQL Servers, manage SQL jobs, and perform performance tuning.
  
  
• Create and manage Azure App Registrations , Key Vaults , Storage Accounts , and SQL Databases .
  
  
• Manage and migrate Azure Virtual Machines , including VHDs and local environments.
  
  
• Automate processes using Power Automate  and Azure DevOps .
  
  
• Support one-version upgrade planning and execution.
  
  
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation.
  
  

 The requirements for this role include:

• 10–15 years  of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  
  
• Proficient in Lifecycle Services (LCS)  and Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) .
  
  
• Strong background in user administration, role-based security , and batch job management .
  
  
• Experienced in code promotion , deployment processes , and Azure DevOps .
  
  
• Familiar with SQL databases , performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and functional teams.
  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  
  

 Good to have:

• Experience in developing and deploying Cloud Applications using Azure iPaaS  (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Storage).
  
  
• Microsoft Certifications  such as:
  • Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
  • Azure DevOps Engineer (AZ-400)
• Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
• Exposure to GitHub , Windows Server , SQL Server Administration , Hyper-V , and VMware .
  
  
• Knowledge of RAID configurations , IOPS performance tuning, and physical server/network fundamentals.
