<p><p><b>Job Role : </b> Senior Mainframe Developer with Cards and Payments Domain.<br/><br/><b>Job Type : </b> C2H (Contract to Hire).<br/><br/><b>Job Location : </b> Chennai (Work from Office).<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 5-9 years.<br/><br/><b>Notice Period : </b> Immediate to 30 Days.<br/><br/><b>Job Summary : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with EMV technologies and standards, and PCI DSS and PA DSS standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Contact and Contactless technologies, Familiarity with 3DS and Tokenization standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with an EFT transaction switching or online banking environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience on Google Pay/Samsung Pay/Apple Pay Wallets and QR Code and Emerging payments will be an added Advantage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong design and programming knowledge on CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, MVS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working experience in Cloud and Digital transformation projects is an advantage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good knowledge and skills in open banking are a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to review the requirement, impact analysis, gap analysis, high-level design, cost estimation, propose a timeline, obtain project approval, and draft solution architecture/function spec/technical spec document.<br/><br/></p><p>- Be an excellent leader, a Subject matter expert on the technical and functional knowledge.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good team collaboration, relationships within & outside POD at all levels of the organization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong influencing, conflict resolution & negotiation skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- The role will be responsible for handling the Project Delivery for the Cards and Payment domain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of card issuing and transaction acquiring, processing and standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of ISO8583 messaging standard protocols.<br/><br/></p><p>- Will be responsible for developing solutions, stakeholder management, vendor and financial management, developing project costs, and delivering the developed solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of card issuing and transaction acquiring, processing, and standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of ISO8583 messaging standard protocols.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with VISA, MasterCard, UPI, and other national card schemes, Issuing & Acquiring, Scheme compliance requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Desirable to know about national schemes and processor integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge about APIs (SOAP, JSON, REST, etc.) and Web Service Integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge about Back Office integration.<br/><br/><b>Skills And Experience : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Credit Card Issuance/Management, Digital Channels interface, Encryption, HSM, and ISO8583 messaging standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with EMV Contact/Contactless, VISA and MasterCard Card Issuing & Acquiring, Scheme compliance requirement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with EFT transaction switching and processing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with PCI DSS and PA DSS compliance requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Switch integration with VISA/Mastercard is mandatory.
