<p><p><b>Company Description :</b><br/><br/>Established in 2016, Galleon Consultants is a global management consulting firm offering services to large corporations around the world.<br/><br/>Their focus areas include Executive Search & Recruitment, Legal Services, Financial Services, Marketing & Automation, and Market Research & Compensation Benchmarking.<br/><br/>Galleon Consultants partners with organizations to provide strategic insights and solutions for growth and competitive advantage.<br/><br/><b>Role Description :</b><br/><br/>This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Manager Artificial Intelligence with our client.<br/><br/>The Senior Manager will be responsible for data science, analytics, machine learning, data mining, and other tasks related to artificial intelligence on a daily basis.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Role & Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Execute AI product initiatives in alignment with the strategic roadmap defined by the Senior Director of AI Product Management, focusing on delivering value in Global Service environments.<br/><br/>- Work closely with the AI Program Manager and Science & Technology Organization AI development team to bring new AI solutions to life.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, IT, and service teams to define technical product requirements, user stories, data requirements, systems integration planning and acceptance criteria for AI-powered features.<br/><br/>- Manage the product lifecycle for AI capabilitiesfrom ideation and prototyping to validation, deployment, and continuous iteration.<br/><br/>- Translate service delivery and operational challenges into AI use cases that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision support.<br/><br/>- Monitor AI model performance in production environments and coordinate with technical teams to improve accuracy, fairness, robustness, and explainability.<br/><br/>- Gather and analyze user and stakeholder feedback to inform product enhancements, refine use cases, and prioritize backlog items based on impact and feasibility.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Mining skills.<br/><br/>- Analytical Skills and Analytics capabilities.<br/><br/>- Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.<br/><br/>- Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.<br/><br/>- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus.<br/><br/>- Project management certification is beneficial</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
