<p>Location: Mumbai / Kolkata / Chennai.<br/><br/> We are looking for immediate to 30 days joiner.<br/><br/> Job Overview:.<br/><br/>- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Content Technologies to lead our eLearning technology initiatives.<br/><br/>- The role requires a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), rapid authoring tools, and eLearning standards.<br/><br/>- The ideal candidate will be responsible for upskilling the team on the latest technologies, ensuring a balanced workload among team members and project managers, and actively contributing to presales opportunities.<br/><br/>- Actively involved in the quality of delivery and ensuring that standard operating procedures and quality criteria are adhered to on all projects.<br/><br/>- Responsible for managing project quality related issues regarding the team and providing effective solutions.<br/><br/>- Oversees project quality and delivers effective solutions for issues relating to the team.<br/><br/>- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate mitigation strategies effectively.<br/><br/>- Maintain reports and other documentation relevant to the team.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities:.<br/><br/>- Technology Leadership & Upskilling: Keep the team updated on the latest advancements in eLearning technologies, authoring tools, and industry standards.<br/><br/>- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance their technical competencies.<br/><br/>- Performance Monitoring & Team Management: Oversee the performance of the Content Technologies team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.<br/><br/>- Provide mentorship and guidance to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.<br/><br/>- Workload Management: Maintain a balance between team members and project managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and project delivery.<br/><br/>- Presales & Business Growth: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to contribute to presales efforts, including creating technical proposals, demonstrating eLearning solutions, and consulting with clients on content technology needs.<br/><br/>- LMS & eLearning Standards Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of various LMS platforms, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with SCORM, xAPI, and other industry standards.<br/><br/>- Rapid Authoring Tools Proficiency: Leverage expertise in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, and others to support content development and delivery.<br/><br/>- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, developers, and project managers to ensure content technologies align with instructional goals and client requirements.<br/><br/>- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all eLearning content adheres to industry best practices, accessibility guidelines, and organizational quality standards.<br/><br/>- Automation & AI: Advancing team knowledge and skills and executing tasks using automation and AI - where appropriate to remain future fit.<br/><br/> Required Qualifications & Experience:.<br/><br/>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
8-15+ years of experience in eLearning content technologies, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise of course authoring in multiple LMS platforms (e.
, Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, and similar platforms.<br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, AICC, and other eLearning compliance standards.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of mentoring and upskilling teams in eLearning technologies.<br/><br/>- Experience in presales support, including estimations, proposal development and client consultation.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
