<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/>- Job Title : Senior Auth0 CIAM Engineer.<br/><br/>- Location : Flexible / Hybrid.<br/><br/>- Department : Global Cybersecurity.<br/><br/><b>Role Overview : </b><br/><br/>- We are seeking a Senior Auth0 CIAM Engineer to design, implement, and manage Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions using Auth0.<br/><br/>- This role is critical in securing customer access across our global B2B and B2C applications.<br/><br/>- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Digital, Marketing, and Security, to ensure seamless and secure digital experiences for our customers.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Deploy and manage Auth0 tenants and configuration settings.<br/><br/>- Develop and optimize authentication flows using rules, hooks, and actions.<br/><br/>- Integrate Auth0 with applications using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.<br/><br/>- Connect backend systems such as databases, SAP, and ecommerce platforms.<br/><br/>- Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Monitor system security, performance, and health metrics.<br/><br/>- Support AWS IoT integrations with secure identity management.<br/><br/>- Provide training and guidance to Digital teams on Auth0 best practices.<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/><b>Technical Expertise : </b><br/><br/>- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Auth0.<br/><br/>- Certified Okta Customer Identity Cloud (Auth0) Developer.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols.<br/><br/>- Experience implementing MFA and passwordless authentication.<br/><br/>- Solid grasp of Zero Trust architecture principles.<br/><br/>- Proficient in JavaScript for custom Auth0 development (rules, hooks, actions).<br/><br/>- Scripting knowledge in Python or PowerShell.<br/><br/>- Strong API integration and API security skills, including rate limiting.<br/><br/>- Ability to fine-tune performance and scale identity services.<br/><br/><b>Platform & Tool Knowledge : </b><br/><br/>- Experience with backend databases (SQL and NoSQL).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with SAP systems and ecommerce platforms.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.<br/><br/>- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
