<p><p><b>Senior Oracle Functional Consultant Finance, FAH1</b><br/><br/>- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion FAH modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Configure Oracle Fusion FAH to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and practices.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, and extensions.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support system use and processes.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion FAH-related issues.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with Oracle product enhancements and best practices, recommending upgrades and improvements.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on implementation best practices.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Must have excellent communication skill (verbal & written) </p><p><br/></p><p>- Must have worked with US and EU based customers in previous projects </p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Must have demonstrated ability to design and develop business solutions in ERP Excellent understanding on Security Roles & Data Group Access methods </p><p><br/></p><p>- At least 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience Ability and willingness to collaborate and work cohesively in a team.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).<br/><br/>- Minimum of 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation cycles involving FAH.<br/><br/>- In-depth understanding of finance processes, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in configuration, solution design, and process mapping within Oracle Cloud.<br/><br/>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br/><br/>- Prior experience working with US and EU-based clients.<br/><br/>- Ability to operate independently in a global, fast-paced, and complex ERP landscape.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of security roles, data access groups, and internal controls.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated problem-solving and change management capabilities.<br/><br/>- Ability to document business processes and functional designs effectively.<br/><br/>- Experience in mentoring and guiding team members on implementation best practices.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Oracle Cloud Financials certification.<br/><br/>- Exposure to integration tools and middleware platforms.<br/><br/>- Experience in large-scale global ERP rollouts.<br/><br/><b>Educational Qualification : </b>Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
