Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant OR Solution Architect
Location:All Oracle India Offices – Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Mumbai, Chennai.

Job Summary:This is an intermediate consulting position operating independently with some guidance to deliver quality work products that align with Oracle methodologies and leading practices.
As an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant / Solution Architect, you will play a key role in implementing Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud solutions, engaging directly with customers to understand their business processes, map them to Oracle Fusion applications, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
You will collaborate across global teams, lead functional workstreams, and contribute to Oracle’s commitment to delivering innovation and excellence in cloud transformation.
Roles & Responsibilities: Work independently and as part of a global consulting team to implement Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules.
Interact directly with customers to understand business processes and map them to appropriate Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities, including:
Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Planning, and Product Data Hub (PDH).
Configure and deliver Oracle SCM Cloud solutions that meet customer requirements while adhering to Oracle’s best practices and methodologies.
Participate in requirement gathering, system configuration, testing (SIT, UAT), and post-production support.
Perform varied and complex tasks requiring independent judgment and the application of Oracle methodologies, procedures, and leading practices.
Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
Lead customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and documentation efforts.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned deliverables.
Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and solution presentations as required.
Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data migration tasks.
Act as a functional lead or mentor for junior consultants on engagement teams.
Effectively consult with customer management teams and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations in any of the modules such as Procurement, Inventory, OM, Planning, or PDH.
Proven customer-facing experience and ability to lead solution design and delivery discussions.
Strong experience in solution delivery, configuration, and post-go-live support.
Hands-on knowledge of Fusion SCM functional setup manager, configurations, and process flows.
Good understanding of business processes and Oracle SCM integration points.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8–20 years of relevant experience in Oracle SCM, including at least 3–5 years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
Minimum 2 years of consulting experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercising sound judgment within defined policies.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with both team members and clients.
Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
Product or technical expertise relevant to Oracle SCM Cloud practice focus.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist or Solution Architect certification.
Exposure to OIC integrations, FBDI data migration, OTBI/BIP reporting, and Fusion upgrades.
Experience working with global teams in distributed delivery environments.
Knowledge of supply chain industry best practices and process optimization.
