Experience:  
8+ years (Minimum 3 years hands-on in Oracle HCM Cloud)

About the Role:  
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Developer  to join our remote team in India.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud  implementations and integrations, especially those who have worked within the manufacturing domain .
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:  
- Design, develop, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent modules.
 
 
- Lead technical design and development of Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BIP Reports , and personalization's .
 
 
- Implement and support inbound/outbound integrations  using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware.
 
 
- Work with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 
 
- Perform unit testing , troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Oracle HCM modules.
 
 
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones in an Agile/DevOps environment.
 
 
- Provide production support, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.
 
 
- Document technical specifications, configuration guides, and system architecture.
 
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:  
- 8+ years of overall experience in ERP/Cloud application development.
 
 
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud  (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.).
 
 
- Strong expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts , and BI Publisher/OTBI reporting .
 
 
- Experience in building and maintaining Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)  integrations.
 
 
- Proficient in PL/SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services, and XML/XSLT.
 
 
- Good understanding of security roles and data access in Oracle HCM Cloud.
 
 
- Proven experience in end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations or support projects .
 
 
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
 
 
Preferred Qualifications:  
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry  with knowledge of HR and Payroll processes in a manufacturing setup.
 
 
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is a plus.
 
 
- Exposure to Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits, and Learning modules is an advantage.
