<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>Job Title : Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Oracle Learning Cloud.<br/><br/>Location : Remote (India).<br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Oracle Learning Cloud module.<br/><br/>In this role, you will be a key contributor to our Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects, working directly with our global Retail and Manufacturing clients to design, configure, and deploy transformative HCM solutions.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert who can leverage the full power of the Oracle Learning Cloud, including its latest Redwood, Journey, and AI capabilities.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle Learning Cloud module for enterprise clients.<br/><br/>- Conduct business process analysis and translate client requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion configurations.<br/><br/>- Configure and demonstrate deep expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud, including the Redwood user experience, Journeys, and Adaptive Intelligence (AI) features.<br/><br/>- Design and implement out-of-the-box (OOTB) integrations between Learning and other HCM modules or third-party systems.<br/><br/>- Develop and customize reports and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards.<br/><br/>- Define and manage HCM security roles, data access, and compliance requirements.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expertise on the interdependencies between Learning, Talent Management, and Core HR modules.<br/><br/>- Guide clients through the full project lifecycle, adhering to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.<br/><br/>- Must have participated in at least 2-3 full-lifecycle projects with a primary focus on the Oracle Learning Cloud module.<br/><br/>- Proven, deep functional knowledge of Oracle Learning Cloud configurations, including Redwood UI, Journeys, and AI features.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of OOTB Learning integrations, HCM security, reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher), and their underlying data models.<br/><br/>- Working knowledge of Oracle Talent Management and Core HR modules.<br/><br/>- Demonstrable experience working with clients in the Retail and/or Manufacturing industries.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
