<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Implementation & Configuration :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead and execute the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll modules including setup, configuration, validation, and deployment.<br/><br/><b>Business Analysis & Process Design :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify pain points, and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.<br/><br/><b>Payroll Optimization :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Streamline and automate payroll operations to enhance accuracy and compliance with local laws and organizational policies.<br/><br/><b>Testing & Quality Assurance :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Develop and conduct detailed test plans (UAT, SIT) to ensure system reliability and performance before go-live.<br/><br/><b>Training & Support :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Deliver training sessions and documentation for end users.</p><p><br/>- Provide post-implementation support to resolve functional issues and ensure smooth operations.<br/><br/><b>Integration Management :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle HCM Payroll and other enterprise systems such as Finance or Time & Attendance.<br/><br/><b>Continuous Improvement :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Stay current on Oracles latest product updates and best practices, providing insights and recommendations for system upgrades or enhancements.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.</p><p><br/>- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll implementation and support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of Payroll configuration, fast formulas, balance definitions, costing, and element setup.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with global payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client interaction.<br/><br/></p><p>- Advanced troubleshooting and analytical abilities to identify and resolve system issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to engage effectively with clients and team members.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oracle Certification in HCM or Payroll will be an added advantage<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
