<p><p><b>Day to Day Operations :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Develop operational reports<br/><br/></p><p>- Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of On Premise Power BI<br/><br/></p><p>- Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications<br/><br/></p><p>- Be experienced in tools and systems on MS SQL Server including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX<br/><br/></p><p>- Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions<br/><br/></p><p>- Create functional reporting<br/><br/></p><p>- Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more<br/><br/></p><p>- Should be able to write DAX with complex logic<br/><br/></p><p>- Trouble shooting skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Design conceptual and logical data models and data Quality & Environment :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, </p><p>procedures and controls across the section in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative </p><p>compliance and a responsible environmental Improvement :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Motivate ones own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, </p><p>programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive Processes & Procedures :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to & Reports :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to department to meet INJAZATs and the </p><p>departmental requirements, policies and Assignments :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Perform other related duties or assignments as Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Expert knowledge in Data Modelling, Data visualization, Data Reporting, Statistical Analysis, Data Warehouse/Data Marts implementation and Data Analysis models.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience with writing SQL in relational database<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with data visualization tools<br/><br/></p><p>- Agile development methodology experience<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to prioritize with good time management skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights<br/><br/></p><p>- Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using On Premise Power BI<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making<br/><br/></p><p>- Able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks<br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI<br/><br/></p><p>- Create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct data warehouse development<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform SQL querying for best results<br/><br/></p><p>- Use filters and graphs for a better understanding of the data</p><p><br/></p><p>- Define and design new systems by analyzing current ETL processes<br/><br/></p><p>- Make technical changes to existing BI systems in order to enhance their functioning</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
