What You'll Do
As a Senior Python Backend Developer (4–8 years of experience), you’ll play a critical role in designing and scaling the backend systems that power our AI-driven automation products.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
- Develop high-performance REST APIs to support AI and automation workloads.
- Deploy and manage backend services on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Build CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage environments efficiently.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to integrate models and automate workflows.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and error handling mechanisms.
- Champion best practices in performance optimization, scalability, and security.
What You'll Do
- 4–8 years of professional backend development experience.
- Strong command over Python, with experience in FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Hands-on experience with cloud deployments (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable).
- Solid understanding of Docker, CI/CD tools, and version control (Git).
- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Firestore, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
- Experience setting up automated pipelines, including testing and staging environments.
- Working knowledge of APM tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring).
Good To Have
- Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Run, or App Engine.
- Exposure to AI/ML pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, MongoDB), or LangChain/RAG systems.
- Experience building internal developer platforms or DevOps tooling.
- Prior startup or small-team experience where you owned delivery end-to-end.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
