<p><p><b>Job Objective :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic Technology team.
The role involves contributing to the design and development of a next-generation lending ecosystem, creating a secure, scalable, and user-friendly platform.
This is a hands-on technical role, requiring expertise in software development, architecture, and end-to-end project Accountabilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Work in Agile development methodology and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take ownership of assigned modules/applications, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams to execute projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver projects from concept to production, maintaining high quality and coding standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive cross-functional collaboration with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify risks, issues, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring timely resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead project deliveries with minimal supervision while maintaining high & Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p>Education : BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p><b>Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum 7+ years of relevant software development experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in Python frameworks : Flask, Dask, Celery, PySpark.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to front-end technologies : ReactJS (mandatory), Angular (preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with API Gateways (NGINX preferred) and AD authentication.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of testing frameworks : JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or Cucumber.<br/><br/></p><p>- Database expertise : SQL/NoSQL (Postgres, CouchDB preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Kafka (or other messaging systems), Docker, and Kubernetes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Cloud exposure: Azure / AWS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in project management including planning, risk management, and issue resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication Competencies :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Technical expertise in Python ecosystem.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to lead and deliver independently.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effective communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving environments.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
